Help Me Find My Registration Papers!

I am desperately seeking assistance in an attempt to locate my arabian gelding's registration papers.

I am searching for a man named Mr. Richard "Dick" Colder who lives/lived in or around Dade City, Florida.  He sold this horse to a woman named Candy Campbell from Brooksville, Florida sometime in 2001 or 2002.  "Ash" was a stallion when Mr. Colder sold him, and he was gelded on 04/25/03.  "Ash" may have also possibly sired one or two foals.

Do You Recognize Me?

"Ash" was foaled approximately 02/93.  The month and/or year may be wrong.  He is 13.3hh, 725lbs, small framed, but not quite "Arab-ish" and dainty.  His RH hoof is pink, the rest are dark colored ("black").  I may also be at least 1/4 Egyptian, or 100% Egyptian. (Given the "Thee" in the name)

I believe that Mr. Colder has had "Ash" since he was born or shortly thereafter. 

When Mr. Colder sold "Ash" to Ms. Campbell he offered "Ash's" registration papers to her, however she did not want them.  Supposedly these Reg. Papers were "ready to go", and filled out.  All one had to do was send the papers in with the appropriate fees.

 "Ash" even had a name picked out:  "The(e) Accelerator"

*Accelerator may be spelled differently.  It may also be "Thee" or "The"*

Ms. Campbell called him "Peppermint", I do not know if she gave him this name or if someone else did, (i.e.: Mr. Colder, family, "barn name", etc)
